| 摘 要： | 新的历史时期赋予领导干部以新的历史使命,也对领导干部提出了更高的要求。领导干部要不断加强自己的道德修养,领导人民群众进行社会主义新农村的建设,全面推进建设有中国特色的社会主义的伟大事业。对此,从新时期领导干部道德修养的内涵,领导干部道德修养方面的缺失和健全提高领导干部修养水平的机制三个方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | In new historical period,leading cadres are given a new historical mission,and put forward high requirement,too.The leading cadre should strengthen one's own moral cultivation,lead the people to carry on the construction of the new socialist countryside,and advance the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way.The three respects: the intension of leading cadre's moral cultivation in new period,the disappearance of leading cadre's moral cultivation and improvement of leading cadre's moral cultivation mechanism are discussed. |
