跨国创新网络中的企业技术学习

通过跨国创新网络进行技术学习,是发展中国家企业实现跨越式发展的重要途径之一。尝试建立了一个跨国创新网络中企业技术学习的分析模型,分析了跨国创新网络中企业技术学习的子过程及其功能,给出了技术学习有效性的评价尺度。在此基础上,提出了我国企业通过跨国创新网络实现技术学习所应遵循的若干原则。

The Firm's Technological Learning Through the Cross -Border Innovation Networks

Learning through the cross-border innovation networks is an important way for firms in developing countries to realize the frog-leaping development.In this paper,the authors build an analysis framework on technological learning in the cross-border innovation networks,discuss the characteristics of the four aspects of this learning process,and present indicators of effectiveness of the firm's technological learning in the networks.On such a basis,they propose several principles of technological learning for Chinese firms in order that they can learn better through the cross-border innovation networks.
