饲料非淀粉多糖与寡糖的抗营养及营养作用机制

摘    要:对植物性饲料原料中的非淀粉多糖 (NSP)和寡糖的组成、分类和主要理化特性及常用饲料原料中的NSP和寡糖的含量进行了分析总结。同时分析研究了水溶性NSP的抗营养特性及NSP和寡糖在动物肠道中的消化及其对其他营养素的影响 ,重点讨论了动物生长性能对日粮中NSP和寡糖的反应及其影响因素。此外 ,就不溶性非淀粉多糖在单胃动物日粮中的作用和降低水溶性NSP抗营养作用的方法进行了阐述 ,并对值得深入研究的问题进行了探讨

Abstract:The compositions and classifications as well as main physical and chemical characteristics of NSP and oligisaccharides were analyzed and summarized. The antinutritional characteristics of water-soluble NSP were interpreted. The digestions of NSP and oligosaccharides in animal digestive tracts and the factors which influenced the digestions were stressed. In addition, the functions of non-soluble NSP were given. Some problems worthwhile further research were tentatively discussed.
