从《为吏之道》看儒学与秦代的政治道德

云梦秦简中的《为吏之道》主要说明官吏应具备的品德修养,以及官吏治理人民的政治道德;将其与儒家传世经典文献进行比对,可以看到其吸取了儒家宽裕忠信、修养身心、安贫乐道的思想,这表明,秦代在治民方面虽然实行严刑峻罚,但是在政治道德建设方面却重视儒家的内圣之道;这也从一个侧面说明秦代并不完全排斥儒学。

The Way To Be An Official of Shuihudi Qin bamboo slips mainly shows that government officials should have moral self-cultivation and the Political Morality of governing people;referring from The Way to Be An Official to the classical literature of the Confucius school,we can find that The Way to Be An Official has absorbed the ideas of Confucianism,such as breadth of mind,loyalty,honesty,and living contentedly as a poor scholar.This indicates that,although Qin Dynasty ruled people with cruelty in practice,it paid attention to the method of internal sage in the Political Morality Construction,and this also indicates that from one aspect Qin Dynasty did not wholly repel Confucianism.
