毫米波双交错Millitron的三维有限元分析

摘    要:分析了一种新型的毫米波TWT慢波电路─双交错式Millitron梯形电路。用三维有限元法对双交错梯形慢波电路的色散特性进行了分析,求得了双交错慢波结构的三维场分布。计算表明,双交错式Millitron梯形慢波电路可以得到40%的冷带宽,其+1次谐波为前向波,热带宽可达20%左右,同时进行了实验研究,实验结果和理论值良好符合。

Abstract:Abstract A new type of millimeter wave TWT solw wave system double staggered Millitron is analyzed in this paper.By means of the three finite element method,the dispersive characteristics and the three dimensional field distribution are obtained.The numerical results indicate that the cold bandwith and hot bendwith can reach to 40% and 20%respectively;A experimental research is done,and the result is fit well to the theorical one.
