| 摘 要： | 高呼“民主”的五四时期并没有让民主在中国真正扎根。究其原因,是因为第一,传统专制文化阻碍民主的进程;第二,人们仍然生活在军阀专制统治下;第三,陈独秀等人的民主理论“破”多“立”少;第四,资本主义民主自身的局限。从中,我们可以得出启示:实施民主要不断清理落后的文化环境;学习西方民主必须深入认识西方文明;选择民主道路要根据本国国情。

| Abstract: | Democracy was not rooted in China in the period of May 4th.There are three causes.Firstly,traditionally despotic culture blocked the democratic process.Secondly,people still were despotically ruled by warlords.Thirdly,democratic theory was lack of the constructive ideas.Forthly,capitalism democracy was limited.We may get enlightenment from them.The implementation of democracy needs to clear up cultural environment continuously.To study western democracy needs to deeply understand western civilization according to national conditions. |
