耦合协调视角下城市可持续发展评价——以长三角地区为例

摘    要:以可持续发展理念为支撑,对2005-2016年长三角41个城市的经济、社会、环境以及资源系统进行综合可持续发展评价。首先,运用熵值法计算经济、社会、环境和资源4大系统综合评价值;其次,构建可持续发展评价的发展度、协调度以及持续发展度的耦合协调模型,对其进行历时性演变和共时性对比分析;最后,运用探索性空间数据分析方法进行空间关联分析。研究发现:(1)长三角经济、社会、环境以及资源4大系统综合评价值波动上升,但市际差异依然明显;(2)长三角发展度较低,而协调度较高,提升经济、社会、环境以及资源的综合发展水平是下一步推动城市可持续发展的关键;(3)可持续发展度首位特征明显,多数城市属于第III、IV、V类,类别较高的城市集中在上海、苏南和浙东北地区;(4)可持续发展度呈现空间集聚趋势,存在明显空间极化区域,上海、苏南以及浙北区域属于持续发展高值集聚区,而苏北区域属于持续发展低值集聚区。

Abstract:Taking the concept of sustainable development as the theoretical basis, the paper makes a sustainable assessment of the city’s economic, social, environmental and resource systems from the year 2005 to 2016 in the Yangtze River Delta. Firstly, the paper uses the entropy method to compute the comprehensive evaluation of the four systems, which are urban economy, society, environment and resources. Secondly, it constructs coupling and coordination model of sustainability degree, coordination degree and sustainable development degree of sustainable assessment and analyzing 41 cities with diachronic evolution and synchronic comparative analysis. Finally, it makes a spatial correlation analysis for the sustainable development degree of 41 cities, which uses exploratory spatial data analysis method. The finding are: 1) the level of comprehensive evaluation of economic, social, environmental and resource systems rise fluctuating in the Yangtze River Delta, and the inter-city differentiations are still obvious; 2) Although the development of Shanghai is high, the rest of the cities are lower, leading to the overall coordination degree is higher and the degree of development is lower; 3) the first feature of sustainable development degrees is obvious, and most of cities concentrated in the III, IV, V class. The cities with high degree of sustainable development are mainly located in Shanghai, southern Jiangsu and northeastern Zhejiang; 4) the sustainable development degree shows spatial agglomeration, and exists two spatial polarization regions. Shanghai, southern Jiangsu and northern Zhejiang belong to the sustainable development high value gathering area, while northern Jiangsu belong to the sustainable development low value gathering area
