| 摘 要： | 通过“杨乃武”案及其后续的审转程序可以分析得出，发现中央政府和地方府县之间围绕所谓的“结果正义”和“事实正义”进行着长期的司法对抗，而案件最后的成功改判则可以看做是正常审理过程背后二者权力博弈结果的一种外在表现。

| Abstract: | Through the “Yang Naiwu” case and its follow-up procedure, we can conclude that the central government and the local prefectures have a long-term judicial confrontation around the so-called “result justice” and “factual justice”. The successful case commuted can be viewed as a manifestation of normal hearing power game |
