| 摘 要： | 传贤不传子、分家不分产、重视教育，既是小港李氏在其成长为工商世家的过程中所逐渐形成的三大传统，又进一步促成了该家族向科技文化世家的成功转型，从而为当代家族企业的持续良性运转，提供了弥足珍贵的经验。

| Abstract: | Li family of Xiaogang Ningbo has formed three traditions, i.e., “passing down their ownership to the worthy instead of offspring” “dividing up their family instead of possession” and “attaching importance to education”. They are formed in the process of Li family growing into a family of business. The three traditions promote the business family to a family of technology and culture. It has become a model for contemporary family firms |
