| 摘 要： | 法学教育多以讲授式教学为主,在法律教学中使用影片作为教学辅助材料或者说直接以影片作为法律教学的对象则甚少。以影像在法律教学中的作用为标准,影像在法律教学中存在三种模式：一种模式是影像作为教学过程的材料使用,以增强教学效果和教学的立体性;一种是以某一个影像作为教学研究对象,对影像中的所有法律问题进行分析;另一种则是对一组同类型或者同题的法律影像进行系统分析,对背后隐含的社会背景和法律文化等深层次内容进行研究。
