Nowadays, as the current economical development is more and more ecological, how to apply the green man- agement to enterprise has been a popular way, which adapts to the green current and redounds to developing the core- competed power of enterprise.Firstly, the meaning of green management is defined and the necessity of actualizing green management for promoting the core-competed power of enterprise is analyzed through study.Then, based on the five constructive dements of green management, the effective avenue is elucidated.Finally, aiming at problems of green man- agement in the development, for example, lacking appropriate stratagem of green management,security finance,and low green technical level, enforcing the protection of circumstance ineffectively, and so on, a countermeasure and develop- mental thought on the problem are brought forward for references.
