西北地区城市发展中空间不连续问题剖析——以兰州城市为例

兰州地区水资源与土地资源对城市发展有较强的制约作用，因此城市在自然条件较好的地段上聚集发展，分布具有典型的非均衡性特征。随着城市的持续快速发展，城市用地也在不断的扩张，但兰州城市由于其周围特殊的地域环境，不能无限制的“外溢”式发展，而必须选择一种适合于不连续城市用地的空间发展模式——“跳跃”式发展模式。“跳跃”式发展模式就是在现有的城市建设区以外开辟与老城平行，并能容纳新产生的城市职能的新城区。通过对兰州的历史演变及现状存在问题进行剖析，提出了兰州城市空间跳跃式发展的必然性和跳跃的方向。为西北地区城市发展中普遍存在的空间不连续问题提出解决途径。

Analysis of Spatially Uncontinual Problem of Urban Development in Lanzhou

In Lanzhou, water resources and land resources have strong restriction to the urban development, therefore the city generally gathered in the land sector of better natural condition. The distribution of cities has the non- balanced characteristic. With the developing of the city, land-using is expansion. But because of its periphery special environment,Lanzhou can not develop ＂the over-flow＂ unlimitedly, and needs to choose one kind that suits to uncontinual city spatial development pattern-＂to jump＂ development pattern, to construet new city area paralleled with the the old city outside. Through analyzing Lanzhou＇s history, present situation and existing problems, proposal is putforward for the inevitability of Lanzhou city＇s space jump and its direction. Which can serve as a reference of solving the generally existing spatially uncontinual problem in northwest China.
