摘    要:针对煤炭企业危机传播过程中政府、企业、媒体、公众四个主体各自扮演什么角色及责任担当问题,从煤炭企业身份变化、政府职能转变等方面入手,结合新时期舆论环境和受众的新特点,研究了大众传媒在传递信息、反映和引导舆论等方面所表现出的强大力量,对四者在煤炭企业危机传播过程中各自的角色担当进行了详细的论述.

Abstract:In view of roles played and responsibilities shouldered by the four bodies of government, enterprises, media and the public in spreading coal enterprises' crises, the study was made of the strong force of mass media in passing information, reflecting and guiding public opinion based on the change of enterprise's identity and that of government functions, together with public opinion environment in the new period and new characteristics of audience. An elaboration was made of the respective roles played by these four bodies in spreading coal enterprise crises.
