| 摘 要： | 为了解决合芜蚌试验区知识产权质押融资模式的选择问题,分析了国内外主要典型知识产权质押融资模式,对合芜蚌试验区知识产权质押融资模式的选择给出相应的建议。研究结果表明：合芜蚌试验区知识产权质押融资模式应适合当地经济发展水平,注重创新,可在提出的三种模式中进行选择,建立适合自身的知识产权质押融资模式。

| Abstract: | To make a rational selection of a mortgage financing mode of intellectual property in the pilot area of Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu, an analysis was made of several typical domestic and foreign mortgage financing modes of intellectual property. Accordingly, corresponding suggestions were offered concerning the selection of mortgage financing mode of property fights in the pilot area of Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu. The results show that the mortgage financing mode of property fights in this area should fit in with local level of economic development, focus on innovation, and be selected from the three modes proposed so as to establish their own mortgage financing mode of intellectual property. |
