| 摘 要： | 针对排球运动是一项集竞技、娱乐、健身于一体的体育项目,结合教学实践和高职院校学生的特点,运用文献资料、访谈、观察与分析等研究方法,阐述了在排球运动中如何运用技术意识、战术意识、超前意识和配合意识的途径和方法.研究结果表明：排球意识的培养能充分调动不同水平学生学习的积极性,增强学生的自信心,培养学生的合作精神和竞争意识.

| Abstract: | Volleyball, a sport of competition, entertainment and fitness, is of high value in exercise. In view of the characteristics of vocational college students, documentary, interview and observation were adopted to elaborate application of consciousness of technology, tactics, prediction and cooperation. Results prove that cultivation of volleyball consciousness can fully stimulate learning enthusiasm of students on different levels, enhance their self-confidence, and develop their consciousness of cooperation and competition. |
