| 摘 要： | 针对解决大学生参与高校管理中存在的问题,采用问卷调查和理论与实践相结合的方法,对部分高校的学生参与高校管理的现状进行分析。结果表明：大学生参与高校管理需要借鉴国外大学生参与高校管理的经验,提出需要进一步完善我国管理体制、校方给予学生更多建议权、加强校方与学生之间的沟通以及增强学生的主动性。

| Abstract: | To solve problems in college students＇ participation in university management, questionnaires, theory and practice were combined to analyze the situation of some college students＇ participation in university management. The results show that, for the students to participate in university＇s management, it is necessary to learn how foreign college students do in university management, to further improve China＇s management system, to give students more rights of suggestion, to enhance communication between schools and students, and to strengthen students＇ initiatives. |
