发展中国家科技进步与道德建设的西方维度

以“建设”命名的发展中国家的道德，必定是一个待完成的未来状态。它不能是由单一的因素线性决定的，而是由多个因素非线性决定的。我们既不能附和伦理普遍主义，又不可退回到伦理特殊主义，而只能在总体上把发展中国家的道德建设视为一个伦理交往实践的过程，各发展中国家以及它们所属的文明模式是这个实践的主体，西方国家的伦理既是这个实践的外部语境的构成性因素，在全球化背景下又是伦理实践的主体之一。

The Western Dimension for Scientific and Technological Progress and Ethics Building in Developing Countries

The ethic of developing countries named "building",must be a future state unaccomplished.It must be determined by nonlinear multi-facts but not linear single fact.We can not agree with Ethic Universalism,and also can not go back to Ethic Particularism.We can only regard it as a process of ethic communicative practice.Developing countries and the subordinated cultural models are the subjects of the practice,the Western ethics is not only the context of the practice,but also the ethic subject in the background of globalization.
