地方高校与地方经济社会互动发展的障碍与对策研究

我国地方高校与地方经济社会合作取得一些成效。然而,与世界发达国家相比,无论是合作形式、规模和质量,都存在比较大的差距。在实际运作过程中不仅存在认识上的问题,而且合作机制也不够完善。要实现地方高校与地方政府良性互动发展,不仅要提高思想认识,而且要构建合作互动平台,建立和完善合作机制和政策环境,以促进地方高校与地方社会的人才和知识的联动、文化和环境的联动、科研和科研成果的联动。

Research on the Obstacle and Countermeasure of Mutual Development for Local Colleges and Economy Society

The cooperation of local colleges and local economy society has gained rapid development and positive effectiveness in recent ten years.However,comparing with the developed country,the enormous disparities exist in the cooperation form,scale and quality,and there exist much difficulties and problems in the actual operation.Not only the problem of thinking but also the cooperative mechanism is not perfect.To accomplish the win-win development for both local colleges and its economy society,we should not only enhance our thinking but also construct the flat of interactive cooperation as well as construct and consummate the cooperative mechanism and policy environment to promote interaction between talents and knowledge,culture and environment,scientific research and its achievement.
