| 摘 要： | 近年来，食品安全成为全球热点问题之一，为解决食品安全问题，食品可追溯技术应运而生，只要一个条形码，就可追溯到食品的出产地、生长地甚至基因情况，食品有了自己的“身份证”。为保障奥运期间的食品安全，北京应加强食品安全管理，供应奥运食品将全部实行可追溯制度，用科技手段来为奥运会护航。
