民间资本与农业相结合的农业企业化经营制度

“庄园经济”是民间资本与农业相结合的农业资本经济,其实体是现代农业企业。文章运用新制度经济学的理论框架和案例分析法,研究了这一经济形态的成因以及由此决定的基本性质,提出了制度创新过程及其必须具备的条件、制度结构和制度效率的评价。认为农业资本是我国现代农业发展的新思路。

Agricultural Commercialization Management System Which Unites Folk Capital with Agriculture

So-called "the manor economy" is the agricultural capital economy which is unified by the folk capital and the agriculture, and its entity is the modern agricultural enterprise. Utilizing the theory frame and the case analytic method of the new system economics, the article has studied this economic form origin as well as the basic nature decided from it, the system innovation process and its necessary condition, the system structure and the system efficiency appraisal. The system innovation of the agricultural capital economy is thought to be one kind of beneficial exploration deepening the countryside reform, and to be a new mentality of our country's modern agricultural development.
