高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化专家化建设研究

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作队伍的主体之一，是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，承担着培养人、教育人的重要职责。本文分析了高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化专家化建设的内涵及建设中存在的问题，提出了高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化专家化建设的有效路径。文章认为要提高辅导员的工作成效，使辅导员真正的成为大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人，使他们在自己的工作岗位上能够踏实工作，奉献青春，就必须走一条职业化专业化专家化的道路。

A Study on the Professionalization, Specialization and Expert-oriented Construction of the Counselor Team in the University

Counselors are an important part of political and ideological education for college students. They are the backbone of the staff for college students＂ ideological and political education, carrying the important responsibility to cultivate and instruct college students. The present paper has analyzed the connotation, the prob- lems and effective ways for the professionalization, specialization and expert-oriented construction of college coun- selor team. The paper states that to raise the effectiveness of the work of the counselor team so as to let the students grow healthily, it is necessary to help them to work with all their effots in their own working position and develop themselves in a professional, specialized and expert-oriented way.
