| 摘 要： | 宗教问题是社会利益以宗教的方式在社会中的真实反映。构建和谐社会,不能回避宗教问题。没有宗教问题的和谐解决,构建和谐社会就是一句空话。在法治体系下,宗教只能成为法治管理的特殊对象。一般而言,处理好宗教问题有利于处理好民族问题,而民族、宗教问题又直接关涉法治问题。
