| 摘 要： | 通过分析一些典型英文法律意见书,试图从语篇结构、句法、用词三方面对其文体特点进行初步探讨。法律意见书作为律师非诉讼文书目一类,具有法律语言正式、庄重的语体特点,和其他法律文书相比,法律意见书的写作风格比较灵活,其正式程度可根据咨询人的法律经验和需要等因素来决定。但总的来说,法律意见书是律师提供法律服务的一种综合性的书面文件,同时具备了法律文体和书信文体的写作特色,没有规定权利义务的法律文件那么正式。
