行政领导干部权力道德浅谈

权力是实施领导活动和管理活动的必要条件和根本手段 ,权力直接来源于职位的授予 ,最终来源于人民 ,权力具有强制性、相对性和表现形式的多样性的特点。权力的行使必然要受到各种因素的制约 ,因而行使权力必须讲道德 ,树立科学的权力道德观 ,获取权力必须符合道德规范 ,形成权力影响必须合乎道德要求 ,平衡权力关系必须合乎道德关系 ,行使权力必须符合道德准则 ,运用权力必须合乎道德责任

Executive Leading Cadres:Their Power and Morality

Power is requisite as a basic means for the exercise of leadership and management.It comes directly from the positions occupied and eventually from the people.Power is characterized by compulsion,relativity and diversity in forms of expression.Its exercise being restricted by various factors,morality must be stressed in it .A scientific outlook on power and morality should be fostered.The acquisition and exercise of power must accord with the code of ethics,its influence with ethical requirements.Morality must serve as a guide in balancing the relationship and performing duties.
