| 摘 要： | 管理水平的高低决定着高校的生存与发展。面对新的形势,高校管理工作者必须借鉴“以人为本”、“知识管理”、“战略管理”以及“成本管理”等管理理念,不断提高号召能力、分析能力、学习能力、服务能力和创新能力,在管理过程中坚持摆位准确、大局为重和求真务实的原则,灵活运用各种管理方法,从而达到管理效果。

| Abstract: | The level of administration decides the survival and development of colleges and universities.Confronted with the new situation,the administrators of colleges and universities must use the administration concepts,such as "putting people first","knowledge administration","strategic management",and "cost management" for reference,constantly improve the abilities of rallying,analyzing,study,serving and innovation,insist in the principles of righting position correctly,focusing on the overall situation,and flexibly use all kinds of administrative approaches to realize the effect of administration. |
