| 摘 要： | 单一的国有产权结构和产权主体缺位是国有商业银行竞争力低下的重要原因,从深圳发展银行和浦东发展银行产权制度改革的成功经验可以看出,对国有商业银行进行股份制改造,实行产权主体多元化,建立科学的公司治理机构以及发展资本市场,是国有商业银行改革的必由之路。

In fact, property right system reform is the biggest barrier for the stated - owned bank reforms.Along with our country entering WTO, economicsts are paying close are paying close attention to the reforms of propertyright in the stated - owned commercial banks. |
