| 摘 要： | 从历史的角度冷静地考察我国20世纪80年代的变革,可以发现这一变革决不是偶然的,而是特定逻辑起点的必然结果;20世纪80年代我国城镇的增量改革不但为未来的经济体制改革,也为未来的政治体制改革规定了路径,目前,甚至将来的改革很大程度上是20世纪80年代增量改革演进的必然逻辑;可以发现我国之所以能在大变革的同时保持相对稳定,在于我国特有的初始制度环境。

| Abstract: | Reviewing the reformation of China in the 1980s historically, we find that the reformation is not haphaz-ard but a logically corollary. The city transform in 1980s provides the route for the future economic and political setup re-formation , and consequently the current reformation even the future reformation could be derived from the reformation took place in 1980s. Depending on the specific initial institution environment, our country keeps stability in reforming. |
