摘    要:邓小平人才理论以其凝重的实践品格、跨世纪的理论高度、科学的结构内涵、全新的价值取向和独树一帜的中国特色,成为我党实施跨世纪人才发展战略的行动指南,是改革开放以来中国特色社会主义现代化建设进程中,实施人才强国战略需要的产物,是知识经济信息时代观念变革的产物,是人才学理论发展史上的一大创举。

Abstract:Deng Xiaoping's theory has become the guideline for the development strategy of talented personal for the 21st century made by the Party because of its features for practice,theoretical profoundness over the century,scientific structure,the newest value choice,and the unique features of the Chinese color.It is the outcome of the necessity for realizing the strategy of developing the country by relying on talented people in the process of building China into a socialist modern country with Chinese color since reform and opening.It is also the outcome of the change of views in the era of knowledge economy and the greatest creation in the history of theoretical development of talents.
