| Abstract: | Based on Industrial Cooperative Law Draft, Rural Cooperative Temporary Regulations, Cooperative Law, and Amendment Publishing Cooperative Law, as well as other related documents in the period of The Republic of China, the paper has analyzed and made comments on the evolution of cooperative laws as well as the influences of cooperative movement during the period from1928 to 1939. It can be discovered that cooperative economy is an effective measure for promoting productivity and social justice. The cooperative movement pushed forward by the civil, political and governmental forces owes its success in the hard time to the development and perfection of cooperative laws in the period. |
