| 摘 要： | 英国贵族不仅被认为有高贵的血统和门第,而且具备高贵的品质和杰出的领导才能,因此被视为社会的精英。接受公学教育是贵族子弟成为社会精英的最好途径,公学是反映英国上层社会的一面镜子,也是贵族子弟接受教育的主要场所。

| Abstract: | The British nobles are regarded as not only being highborn with family status,but also having noble quality and outstanding ability of leadership,so they are considered as social elitists.The best way for the nobles' children to become the social elitists is receiving education in the public school,which is a mirror to the upper society and also the main place for the education of nobles' children. |
