提高农村义务教育质量的一些意见

农村发展滞后的消极作用日趋明显。当前我国城乡经济发展不平衡，在相当程度上源于教育发展不平衡。在城乡义务教育差距突出表现为教育质量差距的今天，应该通过完善农村教育设施、提高农村老师素质、加强农村学校管理和改善农村教育环境等措施，促进农村义务教育质量的整体提高。通过实现城乡教育的均衡发展，促进城乡经济的协调发展。
