| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大众化阶段包括精英教育和大众教育.精荚教育和大众教育不是高等教育中两个高低不同的层次,而应是高等教育发展到大众化阶段出现的两个并存的体系.这两个体系不仅能共存于高等教育系统中,而且应协调发展,实现共赢.

| Abstract: | The popularization stage of higher education comprises elitist education and mass education.Both kinds of education are not different levels in higher education,but are two coexistent systems emerging in the development stage of the popularization of higher education.The two systems not only can coexist in the system of higher education,but also should achieve common coordinated development. |
