| Abstract: | Standards of proof is a principal problem in civil evidence. This article introduces some major kinds of standards of proof in civil litigation, makes an observation on the standards of Common Law System and Continental Law System, and goes on to analyze the defects of the traditional standards of our country. The author concludes that we should build up pluralist stands of proof in our country and puts forward some concrete presumptions. |
