| 摘 要： | 腐败作为一个复杂的社会现象,自从剩余财产出现以来就一直存在,并对经济社会发展产生消极影响.关于腐败及其治理,各国政府和广大学者展开了深入的研究,并与之进行了不懈的斗争.运用社会网络理论,通过分析"腐败网络"的类型特征和形成机理,探求腐败的内在根源和构成要素,提出预防和惩治腐败的对策建议.
