| 摘 要： | <周易>从整体上把握天地人的宇宙结构,整体性是其基本思维方法.<周易>讲宇宙万物生生不灭、自强不息、奋发向上,进取性是其基本理念.<周易>又把整个自然宇宙看成一个无穷变化的客观过程,把变看作自然宇宙的根本属性.这些不仅深刻影响了中国古代管理思维、管理理念和管理方法的形成和发展,还给现代管理许多重要启示和直接浸润.

| Abstract: | The Book of Changes is a holistic frameworking of the relationship among heaven,earth and man,its emphasis on the limitless evolution of the world and the unflagging initiative of the multitudes being the essence of its philisophy.It holds that constant change,independent of any human interference,is the basic property of nature. This view has been exerting great influence upon all aspects of the Chinese life,and its lesson on management is of particular interet to the Chinese today. |
