从生活世界理论的视角看钱权结合与腐败

哈贝马斯的生活世界理论表明,作为行政管理媒介的权力与作为经济运行媒介的金钱的结合有一个历史过程。在现代西方社会中,生活世界殖民化的实质就是生活世界的金钱化和权力化。权力和金钱所特有的功能虽然看上去是无限的,但从源泉上看,它们却又都是有限的稀缺资源。正是这种矛盾使得权力和金钱的结合成为可能,也为权力的操作者或拥有者实施腐败创造了条件。在生活世界殖民化的现代社会中,腐败形式之所以会呈现出日趋复杂的多样性也同样可以从生活世界的构成要素中得到说明。

Corruption and combination of money and power in the perspective of the theory of life-world

Habermass theory of life-world demonstrates that the combination of money and power,as the medium of economy and administration respectively,experiences a historical development.In the modern western society,the colonization of lifeworld lies essentially in that the money and power filter through the life-world.There is an insolvable contradiction between the formal universality of media and finitude of its scarcity in supply.It is this contradiction that leads the combination of power and money and may create the condition under which the owners of power corrupt.The multiplicity of corruption forms can be also explained from the constitutional elements of life-world.
