| 摘 要： | 完颜亮为金朝四世皇帝，女真族名完颜迪古乃，庙号海陵王，在位十二年，政绩鲜明不凡，过错也严重，故史学界对其人褒贬歧异，众说纷纭。作者仅就完颜亮于1153年3月，从金国开朝的国都上京会宁府（黑龙江省阿城），迁都至今北京，原辽国五京之一的燕京城，作为金朝新国都，定名为中都的这一专题，从迁都的原因、经过及其历史意义，进行论述，并予以充分肯定。

| Abstract: | Wanyan Hang was the fourth emperor of Jin Dynasty who had been in power for 12 years. He was a controversial figure for his achievements as well as for his errors. The article focuses on Wanyan Liang＇s moving the capital from Shangjing to Yanjing, analyzing the cause, process and significance of the moving which deserves our due attention. |
