高校体育课程中师生资源开发潜质研究

对安徽省高校体育课程人力资源的主体——师生资源开发和利用状况进行调查，认为高校体育教师的综合素质有待提高，科研动机亟须强化，管理知识应深化，并提出了高校体育资源开发与利用的对策，以期对现有师生资源进行深层挖掘并带动其他课程资源的优化发展。

Research on Teacher and Student Resources Development in Universities P.E.Subject

The article carries out an investigation about the main body of human resources of P. E. subject in Anhui universities： the exploration and utilization of the teacher and student resources, believing that the comprehensive quality of the P. E. teachers need to be improved, their scientific research motive need to be stressed, and the administration knowledge should be deepened, and it also put forward several measures toward the exploration and utilization of the P. E. resources in universities, hoping to dig out the teacher and student resources and the optimization of other subjects.
