| 摘 要： | 青年教师职业倦怠问题研究一直是高校师资队伍建设的热门话题。本文主要以吉林师范大学青年教师为研究对象,发现其职业倦怠的成因主要由社会、学校及青年教师自身所组成,并提出一些具体预防和缓解职业倦怠的对策。

| Abstract: | The analysis of young teachers burnout has been a hot topic in constructing university faculty.This paper mainly analyzes the young teachers in the writer’s university to find out that the main causes of burnout are constituted by community,schools and teachers,also put forward some specific countermeasures of burnout prevention and mitigation. |
