Dialyzing the Inherent Historical Logic of the Return of Management Thoughts from the Angle of Human Nature Assumption

On grasping the inner logic and combining the soul of management thoughts with the latest developments of the practice, this paper tries to seek the inherent historical logic of two routes of the return as from west to China and gradually humanism. Moreover, the paper attempts to provide the cutting point and theoretical guide to build up the Chinese own management system, which is originated from the ancient thoughts and adapts to the world trend.
