深化闽台合作推动福建农民合作经济组织的发展

福建农民合作经济组织目前发展的主要问题是制度建设不规范,组织结构尚存在许多缺陷,加上地方政府扶持力度不足,从而制约了福建农民合作组织的健康可持续发展。发挥闽台农业合作优势,借鉴实行台湾地区农业产销班模式创办的农民产销合作组织,是破解福建农民合作组织制度缺陷的重要途径,应成为福建农民合作组织的重要创新模式。

Deepening the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan to accelerate the development of Fujian farmers cooperative economic organizations

At present,the major problems such as unstandardized institution construction,defects in organization structure,and insufficient support from government have restrained the sound and sustainable development of Fujian farmers cooperative organizations.It is an important approach to solve the institutional defects in Fujian farmers cooperative organizations to give full play to the advantages in agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,drawing the experiences from Taiwan and developing farmers cooperative organizations in production and sale,which should become a major innovation mode of Fujian farmers cooperative organizations.
