| 摘 要： | 农村计划生育干部所处的工作环境、社会环境比较艰苦,最易诱发心理问题,并在一定程度影响了农村来之不易的低生育水平和计划生育工作质量的提升。这些心理问题表象应得到社会的关注,减轻他们的心理压力,为他们创造一个宽松、良好的社会环境。

| Abstract: | Because of country family planning cadres' working conditions and social milieu, it is easy to cause their psychological problems. And it affects the low Child-bearing level which we have gained and the problems should be paid close attention to by our society. We must take measures to alleviate their psychological pressure and create a more comfortable and better social milieu. |
