民族贫困地区高中教育现状分析及对策

我国民族贫困地区高中教育发展缓慢,问题较多,主要表现在高中阶段入学率低,辍学率高,办学规模小,生源质量差,考取大中专学校数量少。究其原因,主要是受经济落后状况和传统观念制约,受新的“读书无用论”和办学条件差的影响。这种状况不改变,势必影响民族地区全面建设小康社会战略目标的实现,影响民族团结和社会稳定。要发展民族地区高中教育,必须加快民族地区经济发展,加强宣传与政策引导,设立救助基金,提高民族高中办学水平,增强办学吸引力。

The Analysis of the Present Condition and Countermeasure Concerning the Education of the Senior Middle School in the Impoverished Areas of the Minority Nationality

The actual causes of the slow progress of the senior middle school in the impoverished areas of the Chinese minority nationality lies in the restriction of the traditional concepts and the status of backward economy,the new views of no use in reading and poor conditions for running a school.Those are bound to affect the strategical targets' carryingout of building a well to do society on a full scale in ethnic area,and national unity and social stability.Developing the senior middle school of the ethnic areas must quichen the economic development of the ethnic areas,enhance the standard of national senior school for running a school,set up the succor funds and so on.
