| 摘 要： | 本文考察与探讨的主题是西方经济学家关于企业家在理论上的涵义。鉴于当今经济学界对企业家所作的解释和定义颇多,但没有一个公认的,统一的说法,因此,笔者认为有必要对前人关于企业家涵义的论述进行考察和界定。
