国有企业分配制度改革的理论探讨

摘    要:国有企业分配制度改革是整个国有经济改革的重要组成部分,理顺国有企业分配关系是巩固社会主义基本经济制度和完善市场经济体制的需要。知识经济条件下,人力资本的作用是企业发展中的最根本要素。重构国有企业分配制度的理论依据在于重视人力资本的贡献,深化国有企业分配制度改革重在实行理论创新,强调从企业本位论向劳动者主体论的转变,是本文进行理论创新的尝试和探索。

Abstract:The reformation of distributional system of state-owned enterprise is of great significance to the whole reformation of state-owned economy .It is necessary for consolidating the principal economic system of socialism and perfecting the structure of market-oriented economy.Under the circumstances of knowledge economy,the capital of manpower becomes the most essential factor to the development of enterprises .What theory we depend on to reform the distributional system lies in attaching importance to the contribution of capital of manpower.The most crucial problem to deepen the reformation of distribitional system of state owned enterprises is theoretic creativity.The changement from enterprise-oriented standard to laborer-oriented standard is the gist of trying and discussing on theoretic creativity.
