国外主观幸福感研究现状及发展趋势

积极心理学是国外心理学界的一个新兴领域，主观幸福感研究是其最重要的表现形式。根据近年来国外主观幸福感的研究现状，一方面分别介绍了社会文化和个体适应两大因素与主观幸福感关系的主要研究成果，另一方面对个体较高主观幸福感可能带来的积极回报进行了概括和总结。后者包括医疗卫生、物质生产、个体社会性发展和生物适应性等四个领域。主观幸福感研究将来的发展趋势主要有三个方面：测量手段更加多样化、研究方法更加综合化、影响因素更加广泛化。

A Study of the Present Situation and the Trend on Subjective Well-being Abroad

Positive psychology is a new realm in foreign psychology. The research of subjective well -being is the most important pattern in positive psychology. On the basis of the situation on subjective well - being a-broad in recent years, this paper, on one hand, introduces the relationships among social cultures, individual adaptation and subjective well-being and, on the other, summarizes the positive reward possibly from more pos-itive individual subjective well-being. The latter involves four domains： health care, material production, indi-vidual social development and biological adaptability. Moreover, the developmental trend of the future research on subjective well-being involves three aspects： more diversified measurement means, more multiple research methods, and more comprehensive influential factors.
