| Abstract: | Based on a study of the geographical indications of agricultural products registered in Ministry of Agriculture, the present paper analyzes the background and evolutionary process of protecting geographical indi- cations of agricultural products ; presents the overall situation on their protection ; reveals the characteristics of the development for their protection; points out the achievements and shortcomings about their protection; and puts forward certain countermeasures to their protection. |
