公民意识诘难青年农民工及其培养刍议

青年农民工由于传统文化消极因素的影响和教育的缺乏及权益屡遭侵害而得不到有效维护等,使得其遭遇公民意识的诘难,即存在着与现代化、工业化和城市化发展要求不尽一致的诸多公民意识问题,主要表现为主体意识不足,权益意识不强,责任意识不高.青年农民工已经成为产业工人的重要组成部分.没有青年农民工公民意识的形成,就难有现代化、工业化和城市化的顺利实现.为此,探讨影响青年农民工公民意识存在的问题及不良因素分析并采取相应措施给予培养就具有了一定的现实意义.

Discussion on young peasant-workers' citizen awareness and its cultivation

There are a lot of problems in the young peasant-workers' citizen awareness,which are in inconformity with the modernization,industrialization and urbanization's needs,mainly showing insufficient main body's awareness,weak rights and interests consciousness,and not strong responsibility consciousness because of traditional culture's negative factor's influence,insufficient education,and the fact that their rights and interests repeatedly get encroachment but can't be effectively preserved.The young peasant-workers have already become important component of the industrial workers.Modernization,industrialization and urbanization can not smoothly come true without the formation of young peasant-workers' citizen awareness.So exploring the negative factors which influence young peasant-workers' citizen awareness problem and adopting corresponding measures to cultivate it are practically significant.
