从传统城镇化走向中国特色新型城镇化——基于科学发展观的分析视角

城镇化是推动我国经济持续发展的强劲动力。然而近些年我国在推动城镇化快速发展的同时,不但衍生出诸如大中城市普遍出现的交通日益拥堵、人口不断膨胀、就业形势严峻、贫富差距拉大和环境污染严重等"城市病"问题,而且也出现了中小城市和城镇发展缓慢、城乡二元格局不断拉大、农村的"空心化"以及留守人口等问题。基于对这些问题的审视和思考,既要继续推动城镇化的发展,也要实事求是、与时俱进,探索出一条中国特色的新型城镇化道路。

From the Traditional Urbanization to New Urbanization with Chinese Characteristics From the Perspective of Scientific Development Concept

Urbanization is a strong power to promote the sustainable development of China＇s econo- my. However, in recent years, with the fast development of urbanization, many ＂city disease＂ come out, such as traffic congestion, population expanding, increasingly severe employment situation, the widening gap between rich and poor, and serious environmental pollution in large and medium-sized cities~ while the plight of the slow development of medium-sized and small cities and towns and the widening of the urban-rural dual structure even induces the problem of rural ＂hollowing out＂ and a series of rural left-behind population, etc. Based on reviewing and thinking of these questions, on the one hand, we should continue to promote the development of urbanization, at the same time, we must seek truth from facts, advance with the times and explore a new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.
