高等职业教育对经济增长影响的实证研究——以江西省城市面板数据为例

摘    要:目前,国内学者对于单个省市的职业教育与经济增长关系的实证分析关注不够,基于此,以江西省20002011年各城市面板数据,利用Panel EGLS方法实证分析了高等职业教育对经济增长的影响,结果发现:高等职业教育毕业生数每增加1个百分点,江西省国内生产总值增加0.007 8个百分点,在5%水平上显著;高等职业教育对江西省经济增长的促进作用小于高等普通教育。虽然,高等职业教育促进了江西省经济增长,但其依然存在一些问题,为此提出了扩大高职院校招生规模,提高社会对高职教育重要性的认识;提高师资队伍水平,努力培养"双师型"教师;加大对高职教育的经费支持,改善办学条件;根据经济发展的需要设置和调整专业等相应对策。

Abstract:At present, the domestic scholars have not paid much attention to the empirical analysis of the relationship between the vocational education and economic growth of the individual province and city. Therefore, the article uses the Jiangxi from city panel data 2000-2011 to analyze the impact of higher vocational education on economic growth by Panel EGLS. The results show that Jiangxi's GDP increases by 0.007 8 percentage point, when the number of higher vocational education graduate increases one percentage point, and the increase is significant at 5 % level; the impact of higher voca- tional education on economic growth of Jiangxi is less than that of higher education. Though the high- er vocational education promotes the economic growth of of Jiangxi Province, there still exist some problems. As a result, the article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures: enlarge the en- rollment to improve the social awareness of the importance of higher vocational education; improve the level of faculty to cultivate "dual teacher"; step up funding support to improve school conditions; set up and adjust majors according to the demand of economic development.
